Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were more than I could expect - spotlessly clean and with additional lay down service every day. They were spacious and really comfortable, although an extra chair would have been nice. The bathroom was huge, and our every need was catered for, which was just luxurious with a jacuzzi right next to our bed. The service was fantastic, going above and beyond from organizing transfers to packing a little doggy bag for our journey. The location was perfect for exploring the Etna region. The dining experience was limited but tasty. Overall, a great place to stay!
My stay at the hotel was absolutely luxurious, with a jacuzzi right next to our bed and a big terrace overlooking the pool. The room was generously sized and extremely clean, with an amazing shower/bath room. The services provided were exceptional, including a ride and pick up to a local winery, along with a menu of locally grown fresh produce. The location was stunning, amidst vineyards on the edge of the national park, offering breathtaking views of Etna. The dining experience, although optional, enhanced the journey through a half board option. However, the limited wardrobe space for a week's stay was a downside.
